How long in advance do I need to reserve a phone?
If you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait, we can deliver you wireless phone via overnight to your residence or destination, but 3 days notice is best.

Does the phone come with adapters and chargers?
Yes. We supply all the adapters, chargers, and instructions for each unit... all that one needs to use the phone for extended usage. Should you need any help with your phone, you can always call us toll free and we will be more then pleased to help you.

Do I really need a satellite phone?
Not necessarily. A satellite phone is a great solution for travelers traveling to exotic locations, but for many, a cell phone rental will suffice. We have extensive cellular coverage throughout the planet and when cost is a concern, a cell phone is usually the cheapest and most practical solution. It just makes more sense. Always start by letting us know where you are going. But for some reason, our competition seems to want to always rent the more expensive solution... you decide.

How do I return the phone?
We understand that traveling can be a hectic experience. We supply you with a PRE-PAID return envelope to make it very easy for you to return the phone. Simple drop it off with your concierge and off you go. Could it be easier to rent cell phone?
